About the role
- Act as the financial partner to business leaders and senior management
- Provide clear analyses of profitability, performance and improvement levers
- Translate financial information into concrete recommendations for operational and strategic decision-making
- Ensure a clear, integrated, decision-oriented financial view of company performance
- Act as the integrator of the Finance function and guardian of overall financial coherence
- Integrate contributions from FP&A, cost accounting (Mexico) and risk analyses into a coherent, executive-level financial perspective
- Ensure the financial rigor that supports decision-making and the organization’s credibility
- Play a structuring role in the evolution of the Finance function
Requirements
- Hold a CPA designation
- 15+ years of progressive experience
- Strong expertise in financial close, consolidation, internal controls and governance
- Structuring leadership capable of stabilizing a team in transition
- Experience in manufacturing / multi-site / international environments
- Builder profile able to implement, structure, stabilize and transfer knowledge to ensure continuity
- Strong communicator in English and French
