About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and Manage our VRF & Ductless sales programs and promotions.
  • Work directly with Region Sales Managers and Territory Sales Managers to generate and close new business.
  • Report to Dealer Program Product Manager to ensure that company sales and profit goals are achieved.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 5 years HVAC sales experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Solid understanding of HVAC contractors and their businesses
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Smart Phones, Tablets, etc.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel 50-70% of the time.
