About the role

  • Manage assigned accounts and serve as their primary point of contact
  • Ensure long-lasting client relationships
  • Regularly engage with clients to provide updates and gather feedback
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Work closely with the territory manager to develop and execute sales plans
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region/territory
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned accounts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 2-10+ years of relevant experience in Vertical Packaging Equipment required
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Proven track record of success in managing a sales territory and exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data
  • Must be willing/able to travel 75% of the time
