About the role
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular communication
- Acquire, plan and oversee service assignments
- Actively sell the full GEA service portfolio
- Plan and implement modernization and retrofit projects
- Provide technical support to internal and external partners
- Conduct targeted and regular customer visits to provide technical advice
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and work regulations
Requirements
- Completed technical training in refrigeration technology or an equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in maintenance, inspection and repair of industrial refrigeration units and systems
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Good technical knowledge, especially in control and regulation/automation technology
- Confident handling of technical documentation and digital tools
- Independent and structured working style, combined with flexibility and willingness to travel
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region
- Excellent German and good English language skills
