Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or equivalent field experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing wind energy, heavy industrial, construction, outage, or major maintenance projects
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex MCU, blade, or large corrective maintenance campaigns
  • Experience managing customer relationships and contractor workforces
  • Strong financial acumen including forecasting, budgeting, margin management, and change order recovery
  • Knowledge of crane operations, lift planning, logistics coordination, and field execution
  • Experience operating within prevailing wage environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • PMP certification
  • Lean or Six Sigma certification
  • Experience managing Liftra operations
  • Experience leading catastrophic response programs
  • Experience supporting utility-scale renewable energy fleets
  • Multi-site portfolio management experience
  • Experience leading customer business reviews and contract execution discussions
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
