About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the complete materials cycle, overseeing invoice verification, discrepancy control, physical inventory, and the storage process in accordance with the Project Preservation Manual.
Plan activity execution together with the Site and Construction management teams, ensuring the availability of labor and resources, as well as compliance with deadlines and contractual requirements.
Provide technical leadership to the team and supervise subcontractors, controlling service quality and the receipt of materials and instrumentation for assembly and commissioning.
Ensure the technical compliance of work with specifications, standards, and quality guidelines, keeping technical documentation at the site up to date with the latest revision.
Manage 100% of nonconformities (NCRs), requesting reports, resolving technical issues in partnership with Engineering, and ensuring the prompt replacement of materials without impacting field operations.
Be responsible for the safety of all site personnel, ensuring strict compliance with company safety standards and local regulations throughout all activities.
Provide technical support to the client and internal team, promoting continuous process improvement and sharing lessons learned across the organization.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Previous experience in warehouse operations analysis and industrial materials management.
Intermediate English is a plus.
Intermediate Spanish.
Willingness and availability for frequent international/domestic travel and assignments at project sites.
