About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the complete materials cycle, overseeing invoice verification, discrepancy control, physical inventory, and the storage process in accordance with the Project Preservation Manual.
  • Plan activity execution together with the Site and Construction management teams, ensuring the availability of labor and resources, as well as compliance with deadlines and contractual requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership to the team and supervise subcontractors, controlling service quality and the receipt of materials and instrumentation for assembly and commissioning.
  • Ensure the technical compliance of work with specifications, standards, and quality guidelines, keeping technical documentation at the site up to date with the latest revision.
  • Manage 100% of nonconformities (NCRs), requesting reports, resolving technical issues in partnership with Engineering, and ensuring the prompt replacement of materials without impacting field operations.
  • Be responsible for the safety of all site personnel, ensuring strict compliance with company safety standards and local regulations throughout all activities.
  • Provide technical support to the client and internal team, promoting continuous process improvement and sharing lessons learned across the organization.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations analysis and industrial materials management.
  • Intermediate English is a plus.
  • Intermediate Spanish.
  • Willingness and availability for frequent international/domestic travel and assignments at project sites.
