About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and monitor the detailed installation plan, defining sequential assembly work orders together with the Site Manager and Construction Manager
Anticipate bottlenecks and ensure compliance with deadlines and milestones
Ensure the availability of labor, tools, equipment, and materials
Supervise receiving and storage logistics and keep the site supplied in accordance with the plan
Monitor subcontractor progress, compare planned versus actual performance, and report KPIs
Manage risks that may impact the project schedule
Ensure that the latest project document revisions are used (Issued for Construction)
Support the management of non-conformances (NCRs) regarding their schedule impact and coordinate solutions with Engineering and Management
Analyze feedback from field operations and promote lessons learned and productivity standards
Integrate HSE guidelines into all schedule phases, prioritizing employee safety and asset protection

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed technical education (Mechanical, Electrical, or Electrotechnical) or a completed university degree in Engineering or a related field
Previous experience managing construction planning for electromechanical projects, particularly hydroelectric power plants and small hydropower plants (SHPs)
Advanced proficiency in planning tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar)
Intermediate English is a plus
Advanced Spanish, including technical translation and meeting communication skills
Willingness and availability for frequent international and domestic travel and deployment to project sites
