About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the single point of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns
  • Provide ongoing technical and business support to assigned customers in a designated geographic region or coverage area
  • Maintain knowledge of assigned regions, coverage areas, product lines, and associated configuration installations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Relevant experience in the Services & Customer Service Management in the Power Generation Industry
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Prior experience in a customer facing role
  • Willing and able to travel at least 50% of the time
  • Prior experience in roles related to contract management or planning and execution of outages in combined/simple cycle power plants
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
  • Position can only be based in Veracruz (client site), Mexico City, or Queretaro, with availability to travel often to client site
