About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the design and execution of end-to-end projects in the Commercial ecosystem, integrating and optimizing Salesforce (CRM), CPQ, Customer Portal, and Pricing platforms
Collaborate with business and functional partners and technology leadership to specify requirements
Balance new feature development, technical debt reduction, and defect resolution
Drive technology discussions and strategy aligned with business needs
Define execution plans based on project scope, timeline, and budget/resources
Facilitate convergence of functional and technical knowledge
Coordinate day-to-day execution across technical teams and organizations
Manage external vendors as required
Resolve roadblocks and interdependencies with technical and functional teams
Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting
Lead the Scrum team through the development lifecycle, including code reviews, coding standards, and developer mentoring
Ensure deliveries follow security, data integrity, and performance best practices
Identify process re-engineering and automation opportunities within Salesforce and CPQ environments
Drive adoption of emerging platform features and innovations
Track outcome realization and customer satisfaction metrics and collect lessons learned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree
English fluent communication skills
6+ years of experience in software development and technical product management
4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce (Lightning, Apex, Integrations) and CPQ platforms (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, ServiceMax, Oracle CPQ, or PROS)
Experience leading complex, cross-functional technical projects in a global organization
Commercial domain expertise integrating CRM with CPQ engines, Customer Portal, and Pricing platforms
Experience working with others on a global basis
PMP, ScrumMaster, or related Project Management certifications
