About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Establish and mature project management, Lean transformation, and financial governance practices for the Cloud, Compute & Infrastructure organization
  • Design, launch, align, and evolve the PMO team
  • Drive organization-wide project governance and enablement through workshops across CCI teams
  • Design and sustain a centralized SharePoint PMO repository and user guides
  • Integrate project data into leadership tracking tools, including Strategic Planning Workspace
  • Benchmark PMO practices and implement governance cadences, review rhythms, reporting standards, and escalation paths
  • Lead orchestration of the SMO Clone & Convey Account Transferability Program for 78 cloud accounts/subscriptions
  • Enable cloud account transfers, eliminate GR adder costs, reduce Corporate Guardrail dependence, and support exit from Transition Service Agreements
  • Coordinate technical stakeholders across Network, Identity, Cyber, Infrastructure, and cloud teams for VRF transfers
  • Establish program structure, dependency management, executive reporting, risk escalation, and accountability practices
  • Lead Lean transformation, PMO operational rigor, and Generative AI initiatives
  • Lead BU S2 JDI demand management transformation across CTO and CISO organizations
  • Orchestrate the CloudOps Zero Outage Lean event and structured incident problem-solving
  • Lead JDI remediation of Change Management deficiencies across Cloud, Middleware, and On-prem environments for SOX governance and compliance
  • Orchestrate Cloud Operations Kaizen events using GenAI to reduce incident volume and improve MTTR
  • Define the Future-State Roadmap for the Operational Uplift Program
  • Design and implement a Financial Accountability Framework for CTO Solution Architecture projects
  • Provide transparency into commitments and receivables and establish invoice submission and financial review protocols
  • Identify and stop unnecessary corporate infrastructure charges for ejected accounts
  • Resolve $1MM double-bubble billing anomalies and establish account-transfer effectiveness KPIs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience leading PMO governance, enterprise technology programs, Lean transformation, operational excellence, or financial governance in a complex global organization
  • Experience managing cloud, compute, infrastructure, separation, divestiture, or account-transfer programs across cross-functional technical domains
  • Strong Lean, Kaizen, JDI, problem-solving, and continuous improvement capability with demonstrated ability to embed operating rhythms and measurable outcomes
  • Ability to use data, automation, and Generative AI to improve discovery, reporting, root-cause analysis, self-service adoption, and leadership decision-making
  • Strong financial governance skills, including commitments, receivables, invoice protocols, cost avoidance, billing anomaly resolution, KPI development, and governance cadence management
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and coordinate across Network, Identity, Cyber, Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, CTO, CISO, and business-unit teams
  • Exceptional communication, executive storytelling, workshop facilitation, documentation, and change-management skills
