About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the strategic transformation of proactive work execution as part of the broader Wind Services transformation
  • Develop work bundling and optimization strategies driving $50M+ in annual productivity
  • Lead execution of proactive work across a global fleet of 24,000+ wind turbines, including planned maintenance, fleet programs, and RCA corrective actions
  • Ensure maintenance activities are completed on time while maintaining quality, compliance, and field execution standards
  • Partner with Engineering to define, maintain, and improve best-in-class maintenance practices
  • Maximize fleet availability through maintenance planning, quality oversight, and process improvement
  • Collaborate with the Services Product Line team to develop and deploy fleet improvement strategies
  • Support work bundling initiatives to reduce turbine climbs and improve maintenance efficiency
  • Monitor maintenance performance metrics and drive corrective actions
  • Identify execution gaps, process issues, and improvement opportunities, leading cross-functional resolution
  • Standardize maintenance processes across the fleet
  • Contribute to safety, quality, reliability, and productivity initiatives
  • Build relationships across Services, Engineering, Operations, and Product Line teams
  • Enable stronger financial outcomes through self-perform optimization, bundled maintenance strategies, and pricing standardization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations, or related technical discipline
  • Minimum of 15 years of leadership experience in operations, project management, quality, or systems engineering
  • Ability and willingness to travel globally 25% of the time
  • Contractor management experience
  • Experience leading and influencing diverse teams
  • Ability to drive strategy and operational improvements
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
  • Established project management skills
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
  • Master's degree preferred
