About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Track Orders, Backlog, Revenue, and Margin within Wind in partnership with P&L and functional leaders
  • Conduct analyses of key P&L lines and develop understanding of Income Statement KPIs
  • Use Data Requests, SAM (Sales and Margin) process, FP&A Masterfiles, and Profit Walks to analyze performance
  • Propose action plans to improve profitability and cost control, including corrective action plans
  • Support weekly pacing, closings, and monthly financial data reporting
  • Perform deep-dive data analysis and organize and streamline data
  • Connect GL to the ledger to achieve accurate forecasting and pacing models
  • Solve problems and create or improve financial processes
  • Monitor development using technical expertise and judgment
  • Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues and potentially lead small, low-risk projects
  • Explain information and help team members reach consensus
  • Prioritize information for data analysis and make decisions using internal and limited external sources
  • Work with the CFO, WIND FP&A Executive, Finance Managers, and business leaders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university or college for roles in the USA
  • At least 5 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)
  • For roles outside the USA, advanced experience in Finance & Income Statement, with knowledge comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Ability to lead programs/projects
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
  • Established project management skills
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
