Test features or small feature sets under direction from senior team members or management
Break down problems and estimate time for quality-related tasks
Apply testing types and methodologies during the SDLC

Apply SDLC, Lean/Agile, CI, software and product security, scalability, documentation, refactoring, and testing techniques

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree
Education in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
2 to 4 years of experience
Experience in Test Automation using Playwright and writing code in Javascript and Python
Exposure in Performance testing using JMeter
Experience in API Automation testing using Postman/Playwright or RestAssured alongside SOAP/REST
Strong Manual testing capabilities to derive Functional, End to End, Integration cases
Experience executing and monitoring automated test suites with Jenkins
Experience with project management tools such as Trello/Rally/ADO
Knowledge of Docker and/or Kubernetes for testing environments
Proficiency in Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative code reviews
Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and their testing/deployment pipelines
Solid understanding of the underlying infrastructure needed to run a large distributed web application
Experience in Power Systems domain software is an advantage
Ability to communicate complex technical issues effectively to non-technical stakeholders
