About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead major energy projects valued between $10M and $200M across utility-scale solar and battery energy storage systems
  • Build customer trust through clear communication, proactive issue resolution, and consistent delivery against expectations
  • Own the full contract lifecycle from finalization through closeout
  • Manage reporting, receivables, change orders, and claim negotiations
  • Drive performance across safety, quality, schedule, cost, margin, cash flow, and risk management
  • Align cross-functional GE Vernova teams and business units for seamless product delivery and commissioning
  • Communicate project goals, risks, opportunities, and strategies to internal and external stakeholders
  • Foster an inclusive, engaged team environment and best-in-class project management results
  • Protect and strengthen GE Vernova's marketplace reputation through professional, ethical project execution
  • Report directly to the Americas Region Projects & Services Leader

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of project management, customer management experience, or related professional experience
  • Fluent English communication skills—written and verbal, technical and commercial
  • Demonstrated success leading and motivating multicultural, cross-functional teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Experience in solar and/or BESS power plant design, procurement, or construction preferred
  • Prior experience with GE Vernova Power Conversion and Storage products and processes preferred
  • Background in Lean/continuous improvement methodologies preferred
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
