About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the hour position for Contracts Managed, Planning, Demand Placement and Remittance value objects
  • Establish and maintain working hour baselines and ensure derivations are documented, agreed and revalidated
  • Present hours positions at Sustainable Productivity approval reviews and reconcile realised hours
  • Build command of complexity and growth models and help shape them with value object owners
  • Maintain the accumulated process record in the QMS, including standard work, baseline derivations, root causes, improvements and agreements
  • Contribute to value-object improvement plans owned by contracts and planning leadership
  • Maintain relationships with value object owners and support issue resolution
  • Contribute to monthly operating reviews and quarterly and annual planning cycles
  • Lead Lean Events and problem-solving activities
  • Coach process owners and teams using Kata, daily management and structured problem solving
  • Support process owners or executive sponsors in authoring business problem statements
  • Participate in daily management and problem-solving routines
  • Ensure improvements are embedded in standard work and confirmed by workers before closure
  • Run sustainment checks with process owners and executive sponsors
  • Escalate unresolved support issues and stop work when necessary
  • Run close-out reflections and feed lessons back into the process base

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university or college, or equivalent experience
  • Significant experience in power generation, energy, industrial services, field services, or related sectors
  • Significant experience in lean, continuous improvement, operations, services, manufacturing, or operational excellence roles
  • Experience facilitating lean tools such as business process mapping, standard work, daily management, structured problem solving and action plans
  • Ability to influence without direct authority in a matrix organization
  • Experience deploying lean principles and operating systems in complex, matrixed business environments
  • Ability to coach process owners and teams to improve operating discipline and sustain standard work
  • Strong coaching mindset and ability to provide direct, constructive feedback and build sustainable capability
  • Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and influencing skills
  • Ability to work effectively across regions, functions, and organizational levels
  • Fluency in English if located in Italy
  • EU work permit if located in Italy
  • Legal right to live and work in Hungary if located in Hungary
