About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform mechanical maintenance on generating units, lifting equipment, and hydromechanical equipment.
Participate in root cause investigations of failures, ensuring the plant’s operational continuity.
Develop maintenance plans based on manufacturer manuals and technical experience.
Manage the full work order cycle (request, execution, and closure) in the management system.
Operate machine tools; perform low-complexity welding; assemble scaffolding; and operate lifting equipment and work platforms.
Contribute to the preparation of procedures, work instructions, and technical reports.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering Technology or a related field.
Experience in industrial maintenance and assembly.
Training through SENAI or a similar institution, plus certifications under Brazilian Regulatory Standards (NRs) 10, 11, 12, 33, 34, and 35.
Experience in hydroelectric power plants is a plus.
Professional qualification training and certifications under NRs 10, 11, 12, 33, 34, and 35.
Ability to learn continuously and adapt to changing circumstances.
Strong organizational skills and effective information management.
Professional attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
