Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field with 8+ years' relevant experience
Must be willing to work out of an office located in Niskayuna, NY or Cambridge, MA
Must be willing to travel a minimum of 2 weeks per year
Legally authorized to work in the United States
PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (ideal)
Experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch
Experience with data processing libraries such as Pandas and NumPy
Experience with prompt engineering
Familiarity with OpenAI GPT models and Hugging Face
Proficiency in Python or other programming languages commonly used in AI/ML development
Previous experience or internships involving NLP or machine learning projects
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
Understanding of traditional industry operations and challenges
Ability to complete a drug screen, as applicable
