Manage construction, building, and commissioning activities at customer sites
Oversee site mobilization, civil works, erection, and commissioning work
Supervise installation and construction operations, directly or indirectly
Manage subcontractors with technical expertise
Develop specialized knowledge and serve as a best-practice/quality resource
Contribute to strategy and policy development and ensure delivery within the area of responsibility

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 10 years of experience in Installation
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Established project management skills
Strong analytic and problem-solving capability
Willingness to travel worldwide for long-term assignments
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
