Key responsibilities & impact

Manage activities related to construction, building, and commissioning at customer sites
Oversee site mobilization, civil works, erection, and commissioning work
Plan and execute departmental operations or professional activities within the technical discipline
Manage or support construction and commissioning teams
Handle staffing and performance development responsibilities
Execute policies and strategies using technical knowledge and analytical thinking
Propose solutions for complicated manufacturing processes and interdependent production cycles

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college or Diploma in civil works (Engineering/Architectural/Civil or equivalent)
8 years' experience in Civil Works construction site activities in HV substation business
Prior Civil Works experience in UAE HV substations' civil aspect or internationally
Knowledge of scheduling and subcontractor management in the civil works building field
Capacity to work in an international context
Good oral and written communication skills in English
Knowledge of NOC, COC, and all permit processes in UAE
Computer literate, including Excel and MS Project
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Ability to work under pressure with consistent performance
Willingness to work or mobilize anywhere in UAE and/or abroad
Ability to multitask while maintaining performance
