About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Co-lead and contribute to end-to-end project management for GE Vernova Supply Chain Development projects
  • Lead and guide proposals, management, and delivery of significant inter-business projects and initiatives
  • Provide operational oversight and insights into supply chain initiatives including transformation, expansion, transfer of work, restructuring, mergers/acquisitions, and divestitures
  • Develop business cases for initiatives
  • Control significant elements of large-scale and inter-business projects and initiatives
  • Maintain financial accountability for project budgets
  • Manage cross-functional and leadership interactions
  • Deploy and ensure use of project tollgate standard work and related methodologies
  • Establish goals and program direction to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, sustainability, and reliability results
  • Provide project management leadership to commercial, product line, project, engineering, and interfacing functional organizations
  • Collaborate with functional teams to achieve business results
  • Communicate and influence partnership programs, interactions, and relationships
  • Optimize company asset use for corrective actions and improvements
  • Champion and integrate the GE Vernova Way and Sustainability Framework into supply chain development practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University or College in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance or Business
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant Supply Chain, Lean, or Sourcing experience
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects
  • Experience working with and presenting to global stakeholders at senior level
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to ~50% of the time, with occasional more intense travel
  • Excellent oral and written communication experience
  • Experience working and influencing cross-culturally in large, matrixed organizations
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and leadership skills
  • Strong quantitative and data analysis skills
  • Demonstrated collaboration skills within diverse teams
  • Transformational change leadership and change management expertise
  • Strategic thinking with demonstrated results
  • Master's degree in supply chain management or business administration (MBA) preferred as a differentiator
  • Strong project management and process improvement skills
  • Results orientation and ability to energize others
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
