About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead global transformation initiatives with the CEO, CFO, and Global Supply Chain team to optimize the global footprint
  • Own financial modeling of footprint optimization initiatives using capacity and demand planning
  • Support the Longmont Supply Chain team in the BWRX-300 Small Modular Reactor footprint
  • Lead financial analysis for North America and European Distribution Center footprint decisions
  • Support SIOP process development and revamping
  • Own the CAPEX budget process, including budget development, business cases, approvals, and oversight
  • Lead Supply Chain FPC budget creation with global and site leaders
  • Support the merger of Controls Solutions and Services and PERS through process alignment and change management
  • Create a harmonized inventory process with the materials team and lead the audit/financial portion of physical inventory
  • Own the CSS tariff model, updates, analysis, and forecast
  • Analyze BWRX BOMs to understand tariff impact and report findings to commercial and project leaders
  • Oversee financials of global manufacturing sites, analyzing inventory trends, operating costs, and labor utilization
  • Support month-close and quarter-close processes, analyzing FIFO, E&O, freight, FPC, and liquidation rate

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
  • 2–3 years of experience in finance
  • Experience in Supply Chain finance and other roles
  • Strategic mind with global vision
  • Ability to drive change
  • Ability to innovate to resolve problems
  • Ability to lead programs/projects
  • Teamwork and collaboration
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
