About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain the master Correctives schedule for all ongoing and upcoming projects across the region
  • Coordinate crew assignments, crane availability, tooling readiness, and component delivery with Resource Managers, Parts, Logistics, and Project Managers
  • Monitor project milestones and critical path activities to ensure schedule adherence
  • Adjust schedules in response to weather delays, equipment issues, or changing priorities
  • Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly execution forecasts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Correctives scheduling updates and changes
  • Facilitate weekly coordination meetings with Resource, Parts, Logistics, Finance, and Operations teams
  • Communicate schedule changes to stakeholders, field leadership, and customers when required
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to track component and tooling movements
  • Maintain accurate scheduling data in Salesforce
  • Track crew utilization, downtime, cost per job, and schedule adherence
  • Generate reports for Operations Leadership on progress, workload, and schedule risks
  • Identify scheduling trends, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities
  • Verify permits, site readiness, component deliveries, tooling inspections, and other prerequisites before mobilization
  • Ensure schedules reflect resource qualifications, training, and regional coverage
  • Support pre-job reviews and project kickoff meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma or GE
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in field execution, project scheduling, workforce planning, or operations coordination
  • Ability and willingness to travel 15%
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in operations, Project Management, or Engineering
  • Prior experience in wind energy, power generation, or industrial maintenance preferred
  • Familiarity with gearbox, main shaft/main bearing, generator, or blade replacement Correctives scopes is a strong plus
  • Strong proficiency with scheduling and planning software
  • Proficiency with Excel, Smartsheet, and data/reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and coordination across multiple departments
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight timelines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Team-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
