About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the development and continuous improvement of GE Vernova’s sustainability data strategy
Translate reporting objectives into actionable data quality plans
Partner with DT/AI teams to convert business requirements into scalable solutions and governance processes
Execute periodic monitoring of critical sustainability KPIs
Support Management Review Checklist execution and external assurance/audit activities
Collaborate with leaders to resolve data quality issues across GHG emissions, energy, water, waste, and circularity metrics
Support development and implementation of AI-enabled reporting and analytics
Manage project plans and timelines and liaise between sustainability, DT, and AI stakeholders
Design, test, and deploy automation tools and prototypes
Partner with operations to ensure sustainability data accuracy and completeness
Support quarterly reviews, board reporting, and regulatory disclosures
Validate ESG metrics and identify process improvement opportunities
Conduct data gap assessments and coordinate remediation
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for data quality and reporting effectiveness
Develop and maintain SOPs for data collection, management, and reporting
Support alignment with CSRD, ESRS, and GHG Protocol frameworks
Promote consistent reporting practices across the organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience; or master’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
Knowledge of GHG Protocol, CSRD, ESRS, SEC, and EU Taxonomy
Experience evaluating the quality, accuracy, and completeness of ESG disclosures
Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, R, and AI/automation concepts
Independent, collaborative, results-oriented mindset
Passion for process improvement
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
