Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, AI Engineering, or related fields
  • Must be willing to work out of an office in Niskayuna, NY or Cambridge, MA
  • Cambridge-based resources must complete a required three-month hybrid onboarding residency in Niskayuna, NY
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience with prompt engineering and tools such as OpenAI’s GPT models and Hugging Face preferred
  • 3+ years of experience with Python or other AI/ML programming languages preferred
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and data processing libraries such as Pandas and NumPy preferred
  • Previous NLP or machine learning project experience or internships preferred
  • Familiarity with Git preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment and adapt to changing project requirements
  • Understanding of traditional industry operations and challenges
