About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with domain experts to understand business needs and translate them into clear and effective LLM prompts
- Develop, test, and refine prompts for varied use cases

Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, AI Engineering, or related fields
- Must be willing to work out of an office in Niskayuna, NY or Cambridge, MA
- Cambridge-based resources must complete a required three-month hybrid onboarding residency in Niskayuna, NY
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience with prompt engineering and tools such as OpenAI’s GPT models and Hugging Face preferred
- 3+ years of experience with Python or other AI/ML programming languages preferred
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and data processing libraries such as Pandas and NumPy preferred
- Previous NLP or machine learning project experience or internships preferred
- Familiarity with Git preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment and adapt to changing project requirements
- Understanding of traditional industry operations and challenges
