About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support all phases of projects, including ITO and OTR
- Negotiate contracts and manage commercial issues

Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience within a relevant Commercial or Legal function
- Working hours around the EST time zone
- Contract reading and writing experience
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle many complex issues concurrently
- 6+ years of claims management experience
- Construction claims negotiation experience
- Developer or EPC experience, preferably in the Power Industry
- Customer-focused responsiveness
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
