Key responsibilities & impact

Support all phases of projects, including ITO and OTR
Negotiate contracts and manage commercial issues
Manage customer and supplier relationships
Handle claims, disputes, and insurance matters

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree from an accredited university or college
Minimum of 6 years of professional experience within a relevant Commercial or Legal function
Working hours around the EST time zone
Contract reading and writing experience
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to handle many complex issues concurrently
6+ years of claims management experience
Construction claims negotiation experience
Developer or EPC experience, preferably in the Power Industry
Customer-focused responsiveness
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
