About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as liaison between internal/external organizations and assigned customers
  • Own customer relationships and contribute to overall business strategy
  • Act as single point of contact and manage customer communications
  • Manage customer portfolio P&L and growth
  • Provide ongoing technical and business support
  • Develop site customer communication plans and coordinate GE/customer reviews
  • Oversee Gas Power warranty and commercial considerations, including concessions
  • Develop outage scope and communicate scope to OFS
  • Plan outage and non-outage parts, including quotes and parts orders
  • Manage the Outage 360 process and Change Orders
  • Lead emergent/forced outage resolution
  • Organize pre-outage, post-outage, and outage milestone meetings
  • Manage customer invoicing and credit memo processing
  • Manage on-site repairs and part/component repairs, including scope, quotes, scheduling, and issue resolution
  • Own contract leadership and fulfillment, including project deliverables and contract requirements
  • Sell flow-type services from opportunity identification through sales conversion
  • Manage Digital and Total Plant Solutions agreements and coordinate with functional groups

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University or College, or High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 7 years of power generation industry experience, or associate’s degree with 4 years of power generation industry experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of knowledge and experience within the power plant field services or contract management
  • Willingness and ability to travel 50% of the time
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of a drug screen as a condition of employment
  • Technical or engineering degree preferred, such as Mechanical or Electrical
  • Experience planning and executing outages
  • Strong quality background with Black Belt certification
  • Strong leadership, financial, and commercial skills
  • Experience as a team leader in a dynamic, energetic, and proactive environment
  • Experience working with customer leadership teams
  • Demonstrated communication and organizational skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
