Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain systems, rules, and processes to ensure fulfillment of internal and external requirements
Ensure projects and products are capable of meeting specified standards through preventive quality practices
Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services
Develop, implement, and monitor process mapping for quality improvement
Standardize processes, tools, and performance management systems
Lead functional teams or projects with moderate resources, risk, and complexity
Present business solutions to functional leaders
Communicate complex messages and negotiate internally and with external partners, vendors, or customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant experience in Quality & Business Process Management
For U.S.-based roles, Master's degree from an accredited university or college, or high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in the relevant job family/function
For roles outside the USA, knowledge level comparable to a Master's degree, or high school diploma with relevant experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to analyze and resolve problems
Ability to lead programs/projects
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Established project management skills
Legal authorization to work in the United States for this opening
Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
