About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the North America Major Correctives Project Management organization and its Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators
  • Own project execution strategy, customer satisfaction, financial performance, resource alignment, governance, and continuous improvement
  • Champion safety culture, compliance, quality ownership, and corrective action management
  • Establish performance expectations, development plans, succession planning, and talent pipelines
  • Conduct operating reviews and provide escalation support and executive-level decision-making
  • Own execution performance across Major Correctives project portfolios, including component exchanges, blade programs, Liftra projects, event-driven correctives, catastrophic failure recovery, and transactional service work
  • Establish portfolio priorities and allocate labor, equipment, cranes, tooling, and contractor capacity
  • Lead strategic customer relationships, operating reviews, execution reviews, and recovery plans
  • Own portfolio revenue, margin, cost, cash flow, forecasting, budgets, change orders, and recovery plans
  • Manage contractors, crane providers, transportation vendors, labor suppliers, and specialty service providers
  • Implement standardized project management processes, project controls, scheduling, risk management, reporting, and governance
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on cycle time, customer experience, cost reduction, and productivity

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree OR High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of project management, field service, or related experience
  • Minimum 8 years of project management, operations, field execution, or service leadership experience
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Wind industry experience preferred
  • Major Component Exchange or Major Correctives experience preferred
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence experience preferred
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar project portfolios across geographically dispersed teams preferred
  • Experience managing large-scale field execution projects within energy, industrial, construction, utilities, or renewable energy sectors preferred
  • Demonstrated success leading customer-facing organizations
  • Strong financial acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, margin management, and cost controls
  • Experience managing contractors, vendors, and complex field service operations
