About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct component and product integration
- Manage product and systems requirements, specifications, and flow-down
- Drive validation and verification activities, including system-level testing
- Define product requirements for modules, components, subcontractors, and partner teams
- Manage interfaces between components and execution organizations
- Drive CTQ and risk trade-offs within component design teams
- Manage overall product configuration and configuration control
- Provide direct people management, including staffing and performance development
- Execute engineering policies and strategies using technical expertise and analytical thinking
- Propose solutions for complex manufacturing processes and interdependent production cycles
- Act as a resource for less-experienced colleagues
- Lead small, low-risk projects
- Build team consensus and convey performance expectations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced experience in Engineering/Technology and Systems Engineering
- For U.S.-based roles: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in the relevant job family/function
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Established project management skills
- Technical experience and analytical thinking
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
