About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the development and maintenance of integrated program schedules, budgets, resource identification, and priority discussions for Repairs programs from conception through product sunset
  • Coordinate deliverables, execution, and detailed schedules with Subsystem teams and escalate visibility to critical path activities
  • Provide cross-functional product leadership across EHS, Sourcing, Quality, Services, and external parties
  • Facilitate issue resolution with the product Systems Engineer and Product Manager, including contingency plans and scenario planning
  • Provide regular cross-functional leadership updates and escalate programmatic and technical risks
  • Assure compliance with engineering processes and maintain high-quality work outputs
  • Drive continuous process improvement for the repairs process and contribute to engineering practices related to design for serviceability
  • Ensure program outputs align with Critical-to-Quality requirements
  • Receive and incorporate field personnel lessons learned into next-generation products

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university or similar
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Program Management, Renewable Energy Engineering, or related fields
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, including possible international travel
  • Ability to break down complex issues and determine effective courses of action
  • Analytical thinking and ability to prioritize information for decision-making
  • Technical aptitude and familiarity with industrial-scale projects and/or product development
  • System- or product-level mindset
  • Effective oral and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of wind industry standards for product development
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
