Key responsibilities & impact- Champion a world-class safety culture across assigned projects and contractors
- Own portfolio-level EHS performance and corrective action closure
- Ensure compliance with GE Vernova standards, customer requirements, regulatory obligations, prevailing wage requirements, and certified payroll governance
- Maintain audit readiness and drive quality improvements
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning for major events
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned customer portfolios
- Build executive-level customer relationships and lead business and project reviews
- Develop customer-specific execution strategies aligned with contractual commitments and fleet priorities
- Manage customer escalations, recovery planning, satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities
- Own execution strategy and financial performance for MCU, gearbox, bearing, generator, hub, drivetrain, blade, Liftra, and large corrective maintenance workstreams
- Plan Liftra LT1200 and LT1000 operations, crane-less exchanges, equipment utilization, contractor alignment, and campaign governance
- Manage budgets, financial risks, change orders, pricing and scope development, invoicing, working capital, and project closeout
- Own strategic contractor and vendor relationships and lead scorecard reviews and performance improvement initiatives
- Lead execution reviews, optimize resource utilization, resolve bottlenecks, support workforce deployment, and drive operational excellence
- Lead lessons learned and continuous improvement activities
- Mentor Project Managers and Associate Project Managers
- Coach teams on customer management, financial ownership, and execution leadership
- Support succession planning, talent development, hiring, onboarding, and performance management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or Project Management, or 5 years of equivalent field experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing wind energy, heavy industrial, construction, outage, or major maintenance projects
- Experience leading complex MCU, blade, or large corrective maintenance campaigns
- Experience managing customer relationships and contractor workforces
- Strong financial acumen in forecasting, budgeting, margin management, and change order recovery
- Knowledge of crane operations, lift planning, logistics coordination, and field execution
- Experience operating within prevailing wage environments
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- PMP certification
- Lean or Six Sigma certification
- Experience managing Liftra operations
- Experience leading catastrophic response programs
- Experience supporting utility-scale renewable energy fleets
- Multi-site portfolio management experience
- Experience leading customer business reviews and contract execution discussions
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
