About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and manage internal communication channels, including intranet, newsletters, digital signage, and employee-facing platforms
Support Digital Technology leadership with executive communications, messaging, and employee-facing updates
Develop channel strategies to improve workforce reach, engagement, and clarity
Create communications for hourly and frontline employees with attention to accessibility and usability
Maintain content calendars, publishing workflows, governance, and editorial standards
Partner with internal communicators and business leaders to ensure content is timely, accurate, and aligned
Use analytics and feedback to evaluate channel performance and identify improvement opportunities
Support the evolution of GE Vernova’s internal communications infrastructure and tools, including Staffbase

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Digital Media, or related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in internal communications, channel management, digital communications, or related field
Experience supporting executive communications and/or technology organizations preferred
Experience with Staffbase or similar internal communications platforms strongly preferred
Strong editorial judgment and content management skills
Ability to organize complex workflows and maintain consistency across multiple channels
Experience communicating to hourly, frontline, or distributed workforces strongly preferred
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Strong understanding of internal channels and how to use them effectively
Able to balance strategy and execution
Collaborative and responsive, with strong follow-through
Comfortable adapting content for different employee audiences and communication needs
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
