About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the Outage NCP recommended list definition using the latest technology standards and customizing it to scope
- Manage creation and delivery of unit-specific recommended parts lists for standard Unit Open/Inspect/Close scope
- Apply a standard contingency approach aligned with safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets
- Understand event scope and changes in collaboration with the CPM and OFS
- Define spare parts needed for non-standard outage scope, including TIL, Aux, BOP, and Generator
- Compare recommended lists with on-site inventory and optimize recommendations using fleet parts availability and programs
- Keep systems and tools updated to document deliverables
- Manage CPM relationships to proactively identify and resolve outage planning issues
- Manage relationships with the Auxiliaries OEM and Sourcing team
- Leverage field experience to define standard technology parts lists with the CMPD team
- Drive process improvements for NCP planning, including tracking spare-list accuracy
- Solve problems using experience and expertise
- Support the line manager in delivering KPIs for a team subset and driving continuous improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- Advanced experience in Field Service Execution and Planning as a TFA/Outage Manager, or significant experience in Gas Power Engineering
- Material Management System tool experience, including Excel and PLM
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactiveness and highly collaborative approach with attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, act independently, and use sound judgment
- Ability to motivate and maintain high integrity, employee involvement, safety, and teamwork
- Change-agent mindset with energy, passion, and enthusiasm
