About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse portfolio of positions
- Source, attract, assess, and engage active and passive candidates using a variety of recruiting strategies
- Evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and organizational fit, and provide recommendations to hiring managers
- Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Promote the employer brand through networking, social media, and targeted talent engagement strategies to build diverse talent pipelines
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop effective recruitment strategies and provide guidance throughout the hiring process
- Leverage market insights and recruitment data to influence hiring decisions, optimize recruiting strategies, and improve outcomes
- Lead offer negotiations and provide consultative guidance on market trends and compensation
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) data and ensure compliance with recruiting processes and reporting requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience)
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment with expertise in sourcing, screening, managing complex offers, and advising stakeholders
- Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience specifically within the Advanced Manufacturing, Industrial, or Automation sectors
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring for complex roles including Automation Engineers, Controls/PLC Programmers, Manufacturing Leadership, and Lean/Continuous Improvement specialists
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
