About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implementing and driving strategic outage initiatives across all technologies
Operationalize productivity programs
Measure productivity penetration
Responsible for 1-5 year cost out performance against target
Responsible for existing program applications, such as Bearing Exchange Program
Assist One Field Services with Outage Planning rigor and promulgate outage Best Practices & Lessons Learned
Analyze and recommend solutions for productivity and KPI management inclusive of Outage Cost, NCP Cost, Parts vs Repair Cost, and their associated processes
Drive Operational Reviews with lean mindset

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University or College (OR a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in power generation industry OR Associates degree with 2 years of experience in a power generation industry)
Minimum of 5-7 years of knowledge and experience within the power plant field services or contract management
Willingness and ability to travel 40% of the time
