Key responsibilities & impact

manage emergent customer needs to address technical challenges for operating nuclear power plants
act as first line of contact for customers with emergent technical needs
manage technical projects from customer inquiry to project closure
provide leadership and project management for assigned projects
ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and business policies
monitor project performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report progress to stakeholders
negotiate contract terms and manage change orders
mentor junior project managers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management or as a Senior Reactor Operator
minimum 5 years in nuclear power industry
minimum 3 years managing complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams
willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally
willingness to respond to emergent customer requests during standard and non-standard working hours
Senior Reactor Operator experience preferred
knowledge of United States nuclear regulatory requirements
PMP certification preferred
