About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the technical definition of projects by defining the technical requirements and architecture for DCS/SCADA and automation schemes.
Serve as the technical lead throughout the tender lifecycle.
Define the technical requirements for substation communication protocols, including DNP3 and IEC61850.
Manage the technical Risk & Opportunity (R&O) register.
Act as the internal authority on system design, providing guidance to cross-functional teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
3–5 years of experience in the design and architecture of protection & control schemes, SCADA systems, and substation automation.
Understanding of substation communication protocols (e.g. DNP3/IEC61850) and IED/relay application principles.
Demonstrated proficiency in using Visio to produce conceptual engineering drawings, network architecture diagrams, and system layouts.
Capability to analyze technical specifications and translate them into actionable, efficient project execution strategies for the tender phase.
