About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take ownership of the project engineering phase immediately upon order intake.
- Ensure all technical requirements are fulfilled according to the contract and project schedule.
- Perform detailed system engineering, including sizing and dimensioning of Reactive Power Compensation (RPC) equipment.
- Serve as the technical primary point of contact for factories and third-party vendors.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to maintain project timelines.
- Act as the technical face of the project for the customer.
- Oversee the creation of all required project documentation, including electrical schematics, assembly manuals, and test reports.
- Provide expert-level technical troubleshooting should challenges arise during manufacturing, testing, or final project handover.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field
- Some experience in project engineering, product delivery, or technical project management, preferably in Power Quality Products, Power Electronics or High Voltage/Power Transmission/Distribution Systems
- English: Full professional proficiency (essential for international vendor and customer communication)
- Finnish: Strong advantage for coordinating with local stakeholders and site operations
- French and/or Spanish and/or German will be an advantage.
