About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take ownership of the project engineering phase immediately upon order intake.
Ensure all technical requirements are fulfilled according to the contract and project schedule.
Perform detailed system engineering, including sizing and dimensioning of Reactive Power Compensation (RPC) equipment.
Serve as the technical primary point of contact for factories and third-party vendors.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers to maintain project timelines.
Act as the technical face of the project for the customer.
Oversee the creation of all required project documentation, including electrical schematics, assembly manuals, and test reports.
Provide expert-level technical troubleshooting should challenges arise during manufacturing, testing, or final project handover.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field
Some experience in project engineering, product delivery, or technical project management, preferably in Power Quality Products, Power Electronics or High Voltage/Power Transmission/Distribution Systems
English: Full professional proficiency (essential for international vendor and customer communication)
Finnish: Strong advantage for coordinating with local stakeholders and site operations
French and/or Spanish and/or German will be an advantage.
