About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Review the terms and conditions of prime contracts and ensure back-to-back compliance with the overall project execution;
Draft and negotiate key subcontract agreements, MSA, SOW, NDA, Supply Agreements
Draft formal notices and letters to GEV Customers, Subcontractors and Suppliers as required.
Development, drafting, submission and negotiation of Claims and Variation Orders.
Review and mitigate risks through thorough negotiation.
Manage subcontract invoicing disputes through resolution.
Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, commercial, or related fields in legal, accounting or finance.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience drafting and negotiating contracts in a technology driven, fast-paced environment.
Ability and willingness to travel 20% of the time
