About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review the terms and conditions of prime contracts and ensure back-to-back compliance with the overall project execution;
- Draft and negotiate key subcontract agreements, MSA, SOW, NDA, Supply Agreements
- Draft formal notices and letters to GEV Customers, Subcontractors and Suppliers as required.
- Development, drafting, submission and negotiation of Claims and Variation Orders.
- Review and mitigate risks through thorough negotiation.
- Manage subcontract invoicing disputes through resolution.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, commercial, or related fields in legal, accounting or finance.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience drafting and negotiating contracts in a technology driven, fast-paced environment.
- Ability and willingness to travel 20% of the time
