About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain production plans aligned with demand forecasts, production capacity and material availability;
Monitor production performance, identifying deviations, operational risks and opportunities to adjust schedules;
Perform demand, capacity, volume and resource utilization analyses to support short- and mid-term decision-making;
Develop and monitor KPIs, reports and dashboards to support management and governance of planning processes;
Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, Quality and Finance to ensure business objectives are met.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or related fields;
Experience in Production Planning and Control (PPC/PCP), demand planning, supply planning, capacity planning or related areas;
Knowledge of ERP systems, planning tools and advanced Excel;
Experience with data analysis, performance metrics, management reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau;
Intermediate English and knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, preferably Lean Manufacturing.
