About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain production plans aligned with demand forecasts, production capacity and material availability;
  • Monitor production performance, identifying deviations, operational risks and opportunities to adjust schedules;
  • Perform demand, capacity, volume and resource utilization analyses to support short- and mid-term decision-making;
  • Develop and monitor KPIs, reports and dashboards to support management and governance of planning processes;
  • Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, Quality and Finance to ensure business objectives are met.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or related fields;
  • Experience in Production Planning and Control (PPC/PCP), demand planning, supply planning, capacity planning or related areas;
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, planning tools and advanced Excel;
  • Experience with data analysis, performance metrics, management reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau;
  • Intermediate English and knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, preferably Lean Manufacturing.
