About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, and maintain Customer Reference Environments (CREs) that provide a secure, scalable, and repeatable foundation for customer deployments
Develop and manage infrastructure automation and configuration management using Ansible
Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub
Manage artifact storage, versioning, and release promotion processes using Artifactory
Partner with software engineering, product, support, and services teams for environment setup, upgrades, and maintenance activities
Monitor environment health and troubleshoot deployment and infrastructure issues
Implement and enforce DevOps best practices
Contribute to the creation of standards, templates, runbooks, and reusable automation assets
Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance environment provisioning and customer experience
Participate in readiness planning for new customer deployments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s))
Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
