About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deploy, configure, and validate GridOS Plan solutions using Kubernetes, Helm, and containerized services
Support implementations across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments
Troubleshoot deployment, configuration, networking, and Linux system issues
Work with customer IT and application teams to support installation and integration activities
Investigate data quality issues involving telemetry, GIS, weather, asset, or operational data
Support integrations using REST APIs, messaging, middleware, and file-based exchanges
Develop or maintain data workflows, integration utilities, or scripts as needed
Support deployment automation, CI/CD practices, and release validation where applicable
Document deployment steps, data flows, interface mappings, and troubleshooting procedures
Identify opportunities to improve implementation efficiency and standardize repeatable practices
Provide clear updates and technical issue summaries to internal and customer stakeholders
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent demonstrated experience in software deployment or systems integration
2+ years of experience with system integrations and software development using REST APIs, messaging, middleware, or file-based exchange
Experience developing scripts, modules, or tools with Python, Java, Kotlin, or similar languages
Hands-on experience supporting software deployments in Linux-based environments
Experience with Kubernetes-based or containerized applications
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
