About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver high‑quality field service support for medium‑ and high‑voltage (MV/HV) electrical systems
- Carry out testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance using MV/HV electrical test equipment
- Develop and continuously expand your technical expertise
- Prepare and complete all required documentation
- Act as a trusted technical representative on customer sites
- Collaborate with engineering, project, and commercial teams to support issue resolution
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong technical foundation in power distribution, drives, controls, or automation
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- A pro‑active problem solver with sound judgement and a commitment to issue resolution and continuous improvement.
- High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work efficiently without direct supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with solid computer proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance.
