Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver high‑quality field service support for medium‑ and high‑voltage (MV/HV) electrical systems
Carry out testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance using MV/HV electrical test equipment
Develop and continuously expand your technical expertise
Prepare and complete all required documentation
Act as a trusted technical representative on customer sites
Collaborate with engineering, project, and commercial teams to support issue resolution

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong technical foundation in power distribution, drives, controls, or automation
Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
A pro‑active problem solver with sound judgement and a commitment to issue resolution and continuous improvement.
High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work efficiently without direct supervision.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with solid computer proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Ability to obtain and maintain Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance.
