Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in recruitment
2+ years of consultative recruitment experience within the Conventional Power, Electric, or Renewable Energy industries
2+ years of proven experience identifying and sourcing talent for niche roles in engineering disciplines
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge or experience
Experience with TA tools such as Workday or similar ATS
Strong advisory skills with the ability to influence hiring strategies
Experience in change management and process optimization
Strong strategic mindset
Advanced storytelling with data
