Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment
  • 2+ years of consultative recruitment experience within the Conventional Power, Electric, or Renewable Energy industries
  • 2+ years of proven experience identifying and sourcing talent for niche roles in engineering disciplines
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge or experience
  • Experience with TA tools such as Workday or similar ATS
  • Strong advisory skills with the ability to influence hiring strategies
  • Experience in change management and process optimization
  • Strong strategic mindset
  • Advanced storytelling with data
