About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in recruitment
- 2+ years of consultative recruitment experience within the Conventional Power, Electric, or Renewable Energy industries
- 2+ years of proven experience identifying and sourcing talent for niche roles in engineering disciplines
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge or experience
- Experience with TA tools such as Workday or similar ATS
- Strong advisory skills with the ability to influence hiring strategies
- Experience in change management and process optimization
- Strong strategic mindset
- Advanced storytelling with data
