About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support financial planning, reporting, and close processes across the organization
- Serve as key finance partner to product and program leaders
- Oversee base cost management and cost allocation process
- Partner closely with teams to support ISA/TSA agreements
- Manage Digital Technology investments and collaborate with the Capex Leader
- Enhance efficiency of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Prepare financial materials for strategic reviews and leadership presentations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 5 years of finance experience
- Graduate of GE’s Financial Management Program (FMP) or a comparable finance leadership program preferred
- Experience in financial reporting, consolidations, and close processes
- Strong expertise with ERP and financial systems, including HFM and Oracle
- Demonstrated project leadership and process management capabilities
- Ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive continuous improvement
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and disciplined.
