About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the finance lead for the Datacenter projects portfolio in the NAM region
Partner closely with project management, operations, commercial teams, factories, and customers to drive project execution and financial performance
Monitor and improve project profitability, margin performance, and cash flow generation
Provide financial oversight on project reviews, forecasts, budgeting, and risk/opportunity assessments
Support operational decision-making with strong financial analysis and business insights
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of project financials, including revenue, cost, margin, and cash metrics
Coordinate with factories to optimize execution performance, cost control, and working capital
Partner with customer-facing teams to support financial alignment, billing milestones, collections, and overall cash conversion
Identify risks and opportunities across the portfolio and drive corrective actions as needed
Strengthen financial discipline, process compliance, and governance across the projects organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or closely related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in project finance, operations finance, or business finance leadership
Strong understanding of project-based financial management, including profitability, revenue recognition, cost control, and cash flow
Experience working in a cross-functional, operational environment with multiple stakeholders
Ability to influence and partner with project teams, factory teams, and customer-facing organizations
Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Experience in industrial, infrastructure, energy related businesses is preferred.
