About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the finance lead for the Datacenter projects portfolio in the NAM region
- Partner closely with project management, operations, commercial teams, factories, and customers to drive project execution and financial performance
- Monitor and improve project profitability, margin performance, and cash flow generation
- Provide financial oversight on project reviews, forecasts, budgeting, and risk/opportunity assessments
- Support operational decision-making with strong financial analysis and business insights
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of project financials, including revenue, cost, margin, and cash metrics
- Coordinate with factories to optimize execution performance, cost control, and working capital
- Partner with customer-facing teams to support financial alignment, billing milestones, collections, and overall cash conversion
- Identify risks and opportunities across the portfolio and drive corrective actions as needed
- Strengthen financial discipline, process compliance, and governance across the projects organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or closely related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project finance, operations finance, or business finance leadership
- Strong understanding of project-based financial management, including profitability, revenue recognition, cost control, and cash flow
- Experience working in a cross-functional, operational environment with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to influence and partner with project teams, factory teams, and customer-facing organizations
- Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience in industrial, infrastructure, energy related businesses is preferred.
