About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead customer relationships for the Steam Power Nuclear Services portfolio in the assigned region
  • Manage orders, commitments and customer strategy for a defined region
  • Maintain on-going customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Drive a sales pipeline on complex, multi-offering transactions
  • Develop and maintain key Account Plans with detailed insights
  • Continuously monitor and drive the development of the opportunity pipeline
  • Provide leadership through the formulation and execution of proposal strategies
  • Support the maintenance of accurate project and opportunity information in NEX
  • Provide demand forecasting and pacing support to Sales Operations / Finance
  • Work with Marketing and Product Line to develop new products and services for business growth

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical Discipline from an accredited college or university OR (High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of experience in the Power Generation Industry)
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in the Power Generation Industry
  • Minimum of 5 years experience working with, and knowledge of, Steam Turbine / Generator technology products and services
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Marketing, Sales, Project Management or Customer Service in the Power Generation industry
  • Ability to travel 50%
