About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for activities and processes that help the sales organization achieve business objectives
  • Operate with autonomy under well-defined Commercial policies or review
  • Provide technical expertise to Sales and Commercial Operations
  • Collaborate on technical proposals and ensure they meet requirements
  • Track opportunity status and coordinate with sales managers for customer calls
  • Support business deliverables from GEV business units
  • Participate in bid meetings and technical presentations
  • Identify & mitigate technical risks involved

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from an accredited university or college in business discipline
  • A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a commercial, engineering, or technical sales function
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and globally (up to 30% of the time)
  • Technical Expertise in Automation/Power Electronics Engineering
  • Familiarity with power balancing
  • Knowledge of Energy Storage Systems for Datacenters
  • Experience using SFDC (Salesforce.com)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven track record for delivering results and leading projects or bids
  • Strong customer focus mindset and willingness to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interact at all levels of the organization and with other GE Vernova businesses
  • Strong, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
  • English fluent, French is a bonus.
