Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain systems, rules, and processes to ensure fulfillment of internal and external requirements
Ensure that projects and products are capable and will meet specified standards (Preventive)
Work to develop, implement, and monitor overall process mapping for quality improvement purposes
Standardization of processes, tools and performance management system
Serve as best practice/quality resource
Contribute towards strategy and policy development
Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience
Explain difficult or sensitive information; work to build consensus
Use technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need

significant experience in the Quality & Business Process Management
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)) for roles in the USA
ISO experience required
International Travel for this role (approx. 50%)
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Established project management skills
IATF 16949 experience preferred
