Key responsibilities & impact

Overseeing and coordinating activities within Steam Power Upgrade Services steam turbine and generator rotating equipment projects
Ensuring GE Vernova's contractual obligations are fulfilled
Developing and managing project budgets, providing ongoing cost estimates to completion
Planning and managing project schedules and payment milestones
Overseeing contractual scope, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders
Identifying and managing risks and opportunities
Delivering accurate monthly management reports for all assigned projects
Facilitating effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders
Providing leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle
Attending training seminars, as required
Participating in external meetings with suppliers and customers
Maintaining strong relationships with customers, peers, engineering teams, and global partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in related fields
Ability to travel 25% domestically and internationally
Minimum 5 years project management experience
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid passport
Master’s degree from an accredited institution (desired)
P. Eng. Certification and/or PMP/APM Certification (desired)
Experience with power generation systems (desired)
Practical knowledge of GE Vernova products is beneficial but not mandatory (desired)
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, with working knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project (desired)
